I'm worried about buying online
Online sales are huge - and growing - because when you're not paying for a shop's rent, staff
and utilities, you can buy exactly what you want for a better price. It's scary to send your money
before you see the product though.
Let's make a deal - when your beach bicycle or bike accessory arrives, if you feel the product is not up to the
standard you expected we will give you a full refund when you return the item.
The one part of the deal we have to negotiate case by case is whether we can refund your shipping cost
(maximum $45 for 1 bike). We operate in a fair and honest manner and so you can fully expect to receive
an ethical judgement.

Alternatively contact us with a description of what you need
your bicycle for - how far you'll be cycling, what the terrain is like, hilly or flat journey, how often you'll be cycling - and we'll email or or call you back asap.
Are the bikes easy to assemble myself?
You should not attempt to assemble any beach cruiser bicycle yourself. It may look easy, but you will not be entitled to a
warranty and if you do not assemble it correctly you could be endangering yourself and others.
Note: Ruthy's Rides does not accept any responsibility for the assembly of any of our bicycles. Therefore in
the event of an accident due to a mechanical fault, the liability is with the rider or the company or person(s) who assembled
the bicycle.
Where can I get my beach bike assembled?
Most bicycle shops offer a repair and maintenance service and will be happy to put your beach cruiser bike together for a small
fee. Check that the store employs qualified mechanics, and shop around for a good quote. Some bike shops charge in
the low hundreds which is a totally unnecessary amount to pay, don't do it!
Can I return my bike if I'm unhappy?
You won't be unhappy, promise. Our beach cruisers are the best available and as long as your bike is assembled
by a qualified mechanic, what you see is what you get on Ruthy's Rides - the sweetest designs and excellent quality.
If you feel your bicycle is not up to the standard we promised or there is some other reason you are unhappy, please get in touch and
we can work out a solution. We will do everything we can to make you happy!
I can't afford a bicycle. Can you help me?
First check out Special Offers. There is something there
for everyone. If none of those deals fit the bill, email and tell
us which beach bike you want and what you want it for. We might be able to suggest a solution more suited to your budget.
